Mission statement

The University of Nevada, Reno Staff Employees’ Council, a representative body of non-faculty employees, serves the interests and needs of University of Nevada, Reno staff, advises on the working climate, raises issues and concerns of staff and works to increase their involvement in the governance of the university. This is done by broadening and strengthening lines of communication within the entire campus community as we strive to support the university’s goal of a diverse and inclusive environment that provides outstanding learning, discovery and engagement programs.
