The 2017 Group Registration form (pdf) is available for submission through April 24. Early registration is advised! Please fill out form online, then print and mail or fax with payment. Full refunds will be given if the festival is cancelled by Extended Studies. Participant-initiated cancellations must be received on or before April 3, 2017, and will be subject to a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be given after April 3, 2017.
Group Performance Fees
(In addition to group performance fees, each student and chaperone attending the festival must purchase an Individual Festival Pass; see Festival Pass Options, below.)
Group performance fees include:
- one complimentary Festival Pass
- use of warm-up room prior to performance (no piano, amps or drums provided)
- adjudicated competition performance, including digital feedback files (available online after the festival) and forms (piano, amps and drums provided)
- feedback clinic based on performance (piano, amps and drums provided)
MS/Jr. HS/HS/College Jazz Band(s) $190 per group, PLUS Individual Festival Pass for each member
Combo(s) $190 per group, PLUS Individual Festival Pass for each member
Vocal Ensemble(s) $190 per group, PLUS Individual Festival Pass for each member
