Group Pass and Ticket Options

IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL festival participants and attendees MUST purchase and display a Festival Admission Pass (colored wristbands) during each day of attendance. (These are required in addition to group performance fees paid by participating schools.)

Admission Passes and Fees

All Admission Passes below include entrance into competition rooms, clinics and evening concerts with the exception of the Day Pass, which does not include evening concerts. See the full list of Admission Passes and entrance options below. To order passes please use the registration form (pdf) or call 775-784-4278.

Purchasing tickets to concerts is not necessary if you purchase an Admission Pass that includes concerts, unless you wish to upgrade your concert seating from arena seating to floor seating on Friday or Saturday evening OR you wish to attend the Thursday night concert. Preferred seating for all three concerts is included in the Jazz Fan Package.

Day Pass $15 (purchase only at festival) A Day Pass provides access to competition and clinics on day of purchase until 6 p.m.

Discounts are offered for group orders of five or more passes and for passes purchased on or before April 3, 2017. Advance purchase is encouraged.

Attention Parents and Chaperones: You are advised to combine your Admission Pass purchase with your school’s order to receive the group discount.

Individual Concert Tickets

Individual tickets are available (with a convenience fee), through the Lawlor Events Center Box Office or call 1-775-784-4278. Tickets may also be purchased in person (without a convenience fee) on the University of Nevada, Reno campus at the Lawlor Events Center box office, open weekdays 10 a.m.-5 p.m. If not sold out, tickets may also be purchased at the door the evening of each performance. All purchases are final; no refunds or exchanges will be given.

Full refunds will be given if the festival is cancelled by the School of the Arts. Participant-initiated cancellations must be received on or before April 3, 2017, and will be subject to a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be given after April 3, 2017.
